Sub-processors

These are the service providers that may process personal data for Vervoro. We give customers at least 30 days' notice before we add or replace one that handles their data, as our data processing agreement describes. To be told of changes, write to [email protected].

To be confirmed before the closed beta
The following will be named here, with 30 days' notice to customers, before they process any customer data:
- Email delivery provider: sends emails to account users and to the waitlist. Emails name an order, never a buyer.
- AI provider: answers account users' questions inside Vervoro. Buyer data is masked before any request, so it receives none.
Not our sub-processors
Marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify and TikTok Shop) and carriers are chosen and contracted by each seller. They receive data on the seller's instruction under their own terms, not as Vervoro's sub-processors.
